CITY OF TRACY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Tracy Growth Management Board will hold a Public Hearing on December 19, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room #203, 333 Civic Center Plaza, or via teleconference to consider the following:
1. Determine that the allocation of RGAs is exempt from CEQA pursuant to Guidelines Section 15061(b) (3), because the allocation of RGAs does not have the potential to cause any environmental impacts.
2. Determine and announce if applicant will be allocated reverted 2024 Residential Growth Allotments for use in the remainder of 2024, Application Number RGA24-0004.
3. Determine and announce if applicants will be allocated Residential Growth Allotments for use in 2025, Application Numbers RGA24-0001, RGA24-0002, and RGA24-0003.
4. Presentation of Annual Report.
