The City of Tracy of Tracy hosts two City garages sales; one in the Spring and another in the Fall.  The garage sales are split between the east and west side of the City with Tracy Blvd as the divider.

The City garage sales give residents and families the opportunity to sell their unwanted items rather than throwing them away.  It also supports the reuse and recycling of furniture, appliances, electronics, and other household items that normally are disposed of in a landfill.
