The City of Tracy is hosting the first in a series of community meetings to discuss homelessness needs, services, and prevention in San Joaquin County. Participants will hear updates on the use of Homeless Housing Assistance and Prevention (HHAP) funds to prevent and reduce homelessness and have opportunities to provide input on improving programs for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
