PROJECT BACKGROUND:

The City of Tracy’s Engineering Division has completed an update to five of its seven Infrastructure Master Plans. The updated Infrastructure Master Plans help residents understand how the City of Tracy’s infrastructure is performing as well as identify current and future needs. Our infrastructure includes all the services and facilities that keep the City functioning like buildings, power, and telecommunications.

The purpose of the Infrastructure Master Plans is to guide the City through expanding growth, make sure infrastructure is in place to handle increasing needs, and help residents gauge the performance of the City’s infrastructure. The Infrastructure Master Plans are necessary to support the City’s General Plan and implement the City Council’s Strategic Priorities.
