The City of Tracy is dedicated to providing residents with up-to-date information about major projects and construction updates taking place throughout the city. We value communication, transparency, and accountability. We know that an informed citizenry is an engaged community and we welcome your questions and dialogue about major projects and construction around town.

Many of these developments are considered Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects. This program includes projects for construction of residential and arterial streets, bridges, storm drain systems and drainage channels, street lights, traffic signals, sidewalks, and City buildings. Eligible Projects are given a ranking based on objective criteria such as amount of deterioration, traffic volume, and benefit to the community. CIP projects span multiple years and include many separate smaller projects.

Below is a list of the current projects. These are updated on an as-needed basis, as the development and design phases may fluctuate depended upon many factors such as; budget, environmental impacts, weather and the like.
