Utility bills are sent out every month. Payment is due within three weeks after the billing date. Payments received after the delinquent date will be subject to late fees/penalties.

You can pay your bill using the following methods:

Citizen Self Service Web Portal
Sign up online. View your bill, make payments with a credit card, receive utility bills via email, or register for automatic payments by completing the required Authorization for Automatic Payments Form.

7-ELEVEN Cash Payments
Take your entire bill that is printed with the bar code to participating 7-Eleven stores. You must pay by cash only and must have your entire physical bill with barcode to make a payment. Find a 7-Eleven location.

Pay-by-Phone
Call (209) 831-6800 to pay your Utility Bill using your Visa, Master Card or electronic check. Be prepared and have your Utility Bill Account Number and Customer Number available, and follow the instructions to make your payment. Payment made is a one-time transaction. This option is available 24/7 at no cost.

By Mail
Mail in your check or money order. Please make checks payable to City of Tracy. Send to: City of Tracy, P.O. Box 888884, Los Angeles, CA 90088-8884.

In Person
Inside City Hall during normal business hours or you may drop your check or money order (no cash please) in one of the drop boxes located at City Hall. One box is located off of Civic Center Drive, across from the Police Department, a drop slot into the building on the water fountain side, and a box in the North parking lot at City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza.
