Miscellaneous Receivables – General Billing

 Aside for the utility billing, the Finance Department prepares invoices for miscellaneous account receivables for the City, such as airport rentals, land leases, septic and construction water usage, and various other charges.

There are several bill-payment options, including payments by:

  • Check – 3 Dropbox locations around City Hall or mail payment to: City of Tracy, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, CA 95376
  • Credit card (VISA or MC) – In-person inside City Hall – Finance Department during normal business hours
  • Auto-payment from a checking account – To sign up, simply fill out the Authorization Form, and attach a voided check (deposit slips not accepted). You may drop it off at the City of Tracy, Finance Department, mail it to 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy CA, 95376 or email it to Finance.AR@cityoftracy.org.
  • Online payments with a credit card -

    (VISA ,MC, Amex and Discover), E-check, Paypal & Paypal Credit, Venmo, Google Pay and Apple Pay – Sign up for a customer account online via our updated Customer Portal or choose to make a single payment via our One Time Portal.

    *Credit Cards will incur a 2.95% convenience fee

    To begin, make sure to have your CUSTOMER NUMBER and CUSTOMER NAME exactly as it is shown on your Invoice or Statement. Once you create an account, you can view your bill, make, and schedule payments and receive e-bill notifications .
