Building permit fees are based on project valuation. This value is determined by either the  Building Valuation Data Table or signed contracts for the labor and materials of the project.

Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing fees are based on fixtures counts. Please see the appropriate fee schedule to assist you with estimating your fees.
